  9. 9. Pound the veal cutlets slightly flatter if necessary.
  10. 10. Top each cutlet with ham.
  11. 11. Place sage leaves on the ham.
  12. 12. Distribute the prepared green beans over the meat.
  13. 13. Season the filling with freshly ground pepper.
  14. 14. Roll up the cutlets tightly.
  15. 15. Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
