  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. 2. Rinse the meat under running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Rub the meat evenly with the spices.
  4. 4. Peel the onions and chop them into coarse pieces.
  5. 5. Wash the bell peppers, dry them, and remove the inside.
  6. 6. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  7. 7. Place the meat and the prepared vegetables together into the roasting bag.
  8. 8. Pour the wine over the meat and vegetables in the bag.
  9. 9. Seal the roasting bag tightly according to the package instructions.
  10. 10. Poke the top of the bag several times with a needle to allow steam to escape.
  11. 11. Place the bag on a cold rack.
  12. 12. Place the rack with the roast in the center of the preheated oven.
  13. 13. Roast the meat for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  14. 14. Turn off the oven after the cooking time has elapsed.
