  3. 3. Peel the ginger and one clove of garlic.
  4. 4. Finely chop the ginger and the garlic clove.
  5. 5. Pour apple cider vinegar and apple juice into a pot.
  6. 6. Bring the liquid to a boil.
  7. 7. Add the melon balls, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, and saffron threads to the pot.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Simmer the chutney over low heat for about 25 minutes without a lid.
  10. 10. Stir in the jam sugar.
  11. 11. Let the chutney boil vigorously for another 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Fill the hot chutney into well-rinsed twist-off jars.
  13. 13. Seal the jars tightly.
  14. 14. Pat the veal dry with kitchen paper.
  15. 15. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  16. 16. Thread the meat strips onto 12 wooden skewers.
  17. 17. Wash the chili pepper.
  18. 18. Remove the seeds and the inside of the chili.
  19. 19. Cut the chili into thin strips.
  20. 20. Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.
  21. 21. Peel the remaining garlic.
  22. 22. Slice the garlic into thin rounds.
  23. 23. Mix the chili strips, mustard seeds, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  24. 24. Add the sliced garlic and chili strips to the marinade.
  25. 25. Place the meat skewers into the marinade.
  26. 26. Let the skewers marinate for about 1 hour.
  27. 27. Preheat your grill.
  28. 28. Cook the skewers on the hot grill for about 10 minutes.

  32. 32. Warm the tortilla wraps on the hot grill.
  33. 33. Cut each wrap into four quarters.

  38. 38. Place a tortilla quarter on the plate.
