  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the persimmons.
  3. 3. Cut the persimmons into small cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the orange.
  5. 5. Cut the orange peel into thin strips.
  6. 6. Take a pot.
  7. 7. Add the persimmon cubes to the pot.
  8. 8. Pour 100 milliliters of orange juice into the pot.
  9. 9. Add the 'Naturally Good Rise & Shine' spice mix to the pot.
  10. 10. Let the mixture simmer briefly.
  11. 11. Take a bowl.
  12. 12. Add the oats to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add the wholemeal flour to the bowl.
  14. 14. Add the raw cocoa to the bowl.
  15. 15. Add the ghee to the bowl.
  16. 16. Add the cinnamon to the bowl.
  17. 17. Mix all ingredients by hand.
  18. 18. Work the mixture until small crumbs form.
  19. 19. Take an oven-safe baking dish.
  20. 20. Pour the persimmon mixture into the dish.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the persimmons.
  22. 22. Drizzle the remaining orange juice over the crumble.
  23. 23. Place the dish in the oven.
  24. 24. Bake the crumble for 30 to 35 minutes.
  25. 25. Remove the crumble from the oven.
  26. 26. Serve the warm crumble.
  27. 27. Add yogurt to your liking.
