🍰 Persimmon and Chocolate Crumble

Ingredients
- 300 g persimmon
- 100 g rolled oats
- 80 g wholemeal flour
- 4 tbsp ghee (or butter)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (raw cocoa)
- 1 tbsp spice (e.g. Naturally Good Rise & Shine spice)
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
- yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the persimmons.
- 3. Cut the persimmons into small cubes.
- 4. Peel the orange.
- 5. Cut the orange peel into thin strips.
- 6. Take a pot.
- 7. Add the persimmon cubes to the pot.
- 8. Pour 100 milliliters of orange juice into the pot.
- 9. Add the 'Naturally Good Rise & Shine' spice mix to the pot.
- 10. Let the mixture simmer briefly.
- 11. Take a bowl.
- 12. Add the oats to the bowl.
- 13. Add the wholemeal flour to the bowl.
- 14. Add the raw cocoa to the bowl.
- 15. Add the ghee to the bowl.
- 16. Add the cinnamon to the bowl.
- 17. Mix all ingredients by hand.
- 18. Work the mixture until small crumbs form.
- 19. Take an oven-safe baking dish.
- 20. Pour the persimmon mixture into the dish.
- 21. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the persimmons.
- 22. Drizzle the remaining orange juice over the crumble.
- 23. Place the dish in the oven.
- 24. Bake the crumble for 30 to 35 minutes.
- 25. Remove the crumble from the oven.
- 26. Serve the warm crumble.
- 27. Add yogurt to your liking.
- 28. Add maple syrup to your liking.
