  3. 3. Cut the fruit into four equal pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the lime under hot water.
  5. 5. Dry the lime with a cloth.
  6. 6. Finely grate the zest of the lime.
  7. 7. Put the kaki pieces into a blender.
  8. 8. Add the grated lime zest to the blender.
  9. 9. Add the yogurt to the blender.
  10. 10. Add the cardamom to the blender.
  11. 11. Add the honey to the blender.
  12. 12. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  13. 13. Blend everything on high speed.
  14. 14. Blend until a creamy consistency forms.
  15. 15. Add a little cold water if needed.
  16. 16. Add a little lime juice if needed.
  17. 17. Divide the drink among four glasses.
  18. 18. Serve the drink chilled.
