Ingredients
- 3 persimmons
- 1 lime
- 500 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 6 ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kaki fruit.
- 2. Wash the peeled fruit thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the fruit into four equal pieces.
- 4. Wash the lime under hot water.
- 5. Dry the lime with a cloth.
- 6. Finely grate the zest of the lime.
- 7. Put the kaki pieces into a blender.
- 8. Add the grated lime zest to the blender.
- 9. Add the yogurt to the blender.
- 10. Add the cardamom to the blender.
- 11. Add the honey to the blender.
- 12. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- 13. Blend everything on high speed.
- 14. Blend until a creamy consistency forms.
- 15. Add a little cold water if needed.
- 16. Add a little lime juice if needed.
- 17. Divide the drink among four glasses.
- 18. Serve the drink chilled.
