🍳 Kaki-Yogurt with Millet Flakes

Ingredients
- 1 fully ripe persimmon (or Sharon fruit)
- 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 25 g millet flakes (3 tbsp)
- 1 tsp liquid honey
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the kaki thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Pat the fruit dry with a clean cloth.
- 3. Carefully cut off the top lid of the kaki.
- 4. Scoop out the soft flesh from the skin using a spoon.
- 5. Place the fruit flesh onto a plate.
- 6. Mash the fruit flesh finely with a fork.
- 7. Add the yogurt, millet flakes, and honey to a bowl.
- 8. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 9. Add the prepared kaki puree to the yogurt mixture.
- 10. Stir everything well again until evenly combined.
- 11. Fill the finished kaki-yogurt into the hollowed-out kaki skin.
- 12. Alternatively, you can serve the mixture in a separate bowl.
