  1. 1. Rinse the kaki thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the fruit dry with a clean cloth.
  3. 3. Carefully cut off the top lid of the kaki.
  4. 4. Scoop out the soft flesh from the skin using a spoon.
  5. 5. Place the fruit flesh onto a plate.
  6. 6. Mash the fruit flesh finely with a fork.
  7. 7. Add the yogurt, millet flakes, and honey to a bowl.
  8. 8. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  9. 9. Add the prepared kaki puree to the yogurt mixture.
  10. 10. Stir everything well again until evenly combined.
  11. 11. Fill the finished kaki-yogurt into the hollowed-out kaki skin.
  12. 12. Alternatively, you can serve the mixture in a separate bowl.
