Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cocoa nibs (chopped cocoa beans)
- 4 tbsp cocoa butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Place the chopped cocoa beans into a blender.
- 2. Blend the beans until they are ground into a fine powder.
- 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over very low heat.
- 4. Stir the ground cocoa beans, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar into the melted butter.
- 5. Pour the mixture into small bowls.
- 6. Let the bowls cool down until the butter sets.
