  6. 6. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  7. 7. Scrape the vanilla seeds out of the pod.
  8. 8. Whisk the egg yolks with the vanilla seeds.
  9. 9. Add the low-fat quark to the egg yolk mixture.
  10. 10. Add the flour.
  11. 11. Add the milk.
  12. 12. Add the coconut blossom sugar.
  13. 13. Stir everything well until a smooth mixture forms.
  14. 14. Beat the egg whites with the beaters of the hand mixer.
  15. 15. Beat the egg whites until very stiff.
  16. 16. Gently fold the egg whites into the quark mixture.
  17. 17. Melt the butter in a large non-stick pan.
