🥤 Creamy Coffee Ice Cream in a Glass

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 80 ml strong coffee
- 20 ml coffee liqueur
- 60 brown sugar
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- cinnamon powder
- cardamom (ground)
Instructions
- 1. Separate the egg. Carefully lift the yolk away from the white.
- 2. Place a bowl over a pot of hot water (bain-marie).
- 3. Add the egg yolk, coffee, liqueur, and sugar to the bowl.
- 4. Whisk the mixture with a mixer until creamy and smooth.
- 5. Remove the bowl from the heat source.
- 6. Continue whisking until the mixture is completely cooled down.
- 7. Whip 100 milliliters of cream until stiff.
- 8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture.
- 9. Whip the egg white until stiff as well.
- 10. Gently fold the whipped egg white into the mixture.
- 11. Fill the ice cream mixture into four freezer-safe glasses.
- 12. Cover the glasses.
- 13. Place the glasses in the refrigerator to freeze for at least 4 hours.
- 14. Take the glasses out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
- 15. Whip the remaining cream with vanilla sugar until stiff.
- 16. Place a dollop of cream on each parfait.
- 17. Dust the dessert with cinnamon and cardamom.
- 18. Serve the parfait immediately.
