🥤 Creamy Coffee Vanilla Dream

Ingredients
- 4 sheets white gelatin
- 1 vanilla pod
- 0.25 l strong espresso
- 3 egg yolks
- 80 g sugar
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 300 ml whipping cream
- cocoa powder
- 50 g chocolate
- 4 espresso beans (with chocolate)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
- 2. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 3. Add the vanilla pod and the coffee to a pot.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil once.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Remove the vanilla pod from the liquid.
- 7. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy.
- 8. Stir in six tablespoons of the hot coffee into the egg yolk mixture.
- 9. Slowly stir the egg yolk mixture into the remaining coffee.
- 10. Place the pot back on the stove over low heat.
- 11. Stir continuously until the cream thickens.
- 12. Do not let the cream boil.
- 13. Remove the pot from the heat immediately if necessary.
- 14. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 15. Add the dripping wet gelatin to the hot cream.
- 16. Stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
- 17. Place the cream in a bowl of cold water.
- 18. Let the cream cool and set.
- 19. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 20. Place the whipped cream on top of the cooled cream.
- 21. Dust the dessert with cocoa powder.
- 22. Garnish with chopped chocolate shaped like espresso beans.
