🥤 Classic Coffee Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 125 ml strong espresso
- 400 g whipping cream
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 3 sheets light gelatin
- 1 tbsp coffee liqueur
- cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Put the espresso, the cream, and the vanilla sugar into a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture until it boils.
- 3. Reduce the heat to low.
- 4. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Soak the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water.
- 7. Let the coffee-cream mixture cool down briefly.
- 8. Squeeze the water out of the soaked gelatin.
- 9. Stir the gelatin into the warm cream until it is completely dissolved.
- 10. Stir in the coffee liqueur.
- 11. Lightly moisten four cappuccino cups with a little water.
- 12. Sprinkle the bottom of the cups with cocoa powder.
- 13. Fill the cream into the prepared cups.
- 14. Place the cups in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.
- 15. Carefully loosen the panna cotta from the sides of the cups with a knife for serving.
- 16. Invert the panna cotta onto dessert plates.
- 17. Garnish them with coffee beans.
- 18. Serve the dessert.
