🥤 Spice Scent: Your Perfect Cardamom Coffee

Ingredients
- 4 cardamom pods
- 4 tbsp finely ground Mokka
- 6 tsp sugar
- 2 pinch grated nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Crack open the green cardamom pods.
- 2. Remove the small black seeds from the pods.
- 3. Place the cardamom seeds into a small saucepan with a handle.
- 4. Add the ground coffee.
- 5. Add the sugar to the pot.
- 6. Grate some ground nutmeg into the mixture.
- 7. Pour 300 milliliters of cold water into the pot.
- 8. Place the pot on the stove and heat it slowly.
- 9. Stir the mixture constantly with a spoon.
- 10. Let the liquid come to a slow boil.
- 11. Avoid vigorous stirring to prevent too much foam from forming.
- 12. Remove the pot from the heat briefly once it boils.
- 13. Place the pot back on the heat source.
- 14. Bring the liquid to a boil again.
- 15. Repeat the process of removing and returning the pot a third time in total.
- 16. Pour the finished coffee into small moka cups.
- 17. Serve the coffee immediately and enjoy it.
