  1. 1. Pour the finished coffee into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add 300 milliliters of cold milk.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Divide the cold coffee-milk mixture evenly among four small glasses.
  5. 5. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for a few minutes to chill thoroughly.
  6. 6. Take the dark chocolate and grate it into fine shavings using a grater.
  7. 7. Take the white chocolate and cut or shave it into larger pieces.
  8. 8. Pour the remaining cold milk into a milk frother or a blender.
  9. 9. Whip the milk with the device until it forms a firm, airy foam.
  10. 10. Carefully spoon the cold milk foam onto the coffee in the glasses.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the fine dark chocolate shavings on top as decoration.
  12. 12. Distribute the larger pieces of white chocolate on top as well.
