  3. 3. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 200 ml of lukewarm water.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the well in the flour.
  5. 5. Stir the ingredients together starting from the center.
  6. 6. Knead the dough vigorously until it is smooth.
  7. 7. Continue kneading until the dough releases from the bowl.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
  9. 9. Wait until the dough volume has almost doubled.
  10. 10. Clean the spinach and wash it.
  11. 11. Peel the red onions.
  12. 12. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  13. 13. Heat the olive oil in a pot.
  14. 14. Add the dripping wet spinach to the hot oil.
  15. 15. Let the spinach wilt while stirring.
  16. 16. Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Preheat the oven to 230°C fan-assisted.
  18. 18. Flour a work surface.
  19. 19. Roll the dough into 4 circles.
  20. 20. Distribute the spinach on the dough circles.
  21. 21. Distribute the onion rings on the spinach.
  22. 22. Cube the cheese.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the cheese over the toppings.
  24. 24. Grease 2 baking sheets.
  25. 25. Place the pizzas on the greased sheets.
  26. 26. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven.
  27. 27. Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes.
