🍽️ Pizza with cheese, spinach and red onions

Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200 ml warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- vegetable oil (for the baking sheet)
- 150 g spinach
- 3 red onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 140 g Reblochon (French cheese)
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour and salt into a large bowl.
- 2. Make a well in the center of the flour.
- 3. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 200 ml of lukewarm water.
- 4. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the well in the flour.
- 5. Stir the ingredients together starting from the center.
- 6. Knead the dough vigorously until it is smooth.
- 7. Continue kneading until the dough releases from the bowl.
- 8. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
- 9. Wait until the dough volume has almost doubled.
- 10. Clean the spinach and wash it.
- 11. Peel the red onions.
- 12. Slice the onions into thin rings.
- 13. Heat the olive oil in a pot.
- 14. Add the dripping wet spinach to the hot oil.
- 15. Let the spinach wilt while stirring.
- 16. Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
- 17. Preheat the oven to 230°C fan-assisted.
- 18. Flour a work surface.
- 19. Roll the dough into 4 circles.
- 20. Distribute the spinach on the dough circles.
- 21. Distribute the onion rings on the spinach.
- 22. Cube the cheese.
- 23. Sprinkle the cheese over the toppings.
- 24. Grease 2 baking sheets.
- 25. Place the pizzas on the greased sheets.
- 26. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven.
- 27. Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 28. Swap the positions of the sheets in the oven after half the time.
