  1. 1. Break the cookies into a freezer bag.
  2. 2. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
  3. 3. Melt the butter.
  4. 4. Mix the melted butter with the crumbs.
  5. 5. Press the mixture into a springform pan.
  6. 6. Form the base and the sides of the pan with it.
  7. 7. Place the pan in the refrigerator.
  8. 8. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  9. 9. Mix the cream cheese with the lemon zest, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth.
  10. 10. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
  11. 11. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  12. 12. Drain the gelatin.
  13. 13. Melt the gelatin in a small saucepan over low heat.
  14. 14. Take some cream cheese mixture aside.
  15. 15. Mix the drained gelatin with the reserved cream.
  16. 16. Stir this mixture into the remaining cream cheese cream.
  17. 17. Spread half of the cream over the cookie base.
  18. 18. Place the Oreo cookies on top.
  19. 19. Spread the rest of the cream over them.
  20. 20. Chill the cake for about 4 hours.
