🍽️ Creamy Paprika-Onion Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 200 g Processed Cheese (Chester)
- 0.5 Bell Pepper (yellow)
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Mustard (hot)
- 1 Onion
- 1 pinch Saffron
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the bell peppers under running water.
- 2. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the stem base.
- 3. Remove the seeds and the white inner membrane from the inside of the peppers.
- 4. Cut the pepper flesh into large chunks.
- 5. Peel the onion and remove the outer layers.
- 6. Roughly chop the onion.
- 7. Place the pepper chunks and onion pieces into the food processor or blender.
- 8. Add all other ingredients from the ingredient list.
- 9. Blend the ingredients until a completely smooth dip sauce forms.
- 10. Strain the dip sauce through a fine kitchen sieve to remove any fibers.
- 11. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste if needed.
- 12. Serve the finished dip immediately.
