🍽️ Creamy Sheep's Cheese Dip with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 150 g Sheep's cheese
- 120 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Put the sheep's cheese and the milk into a blender.
- 2. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth and creamy.
- 3. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.
- 4. Stir in the mustard, the peeled garlic, and the honey into the cheese mixture.
- 5. Rinse the rosemary sprigs under running water.
- 6. Pluck three small rosemary sprigs aside for decoration.
- 7. Strip the needles from the remaining rosemary sprigs.
- 8. Chop the rosemary needles very finely.
- 9. Set aside the finely chopped needles for later.
- 10. Stir the remaining rosemary needles into the dip.
- 11. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
- 12. Transfer the finished dip into a bowl.
- 13. Decorate the surface with the three reserved rosemary sprigs.
- 14. Serve the dip immediately.
