  2. 2. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.
  4. 4. Stir in the mustard, the peeled garlic, and the honey into the cheese mixture.
  5. 5. Rinse the rosemary sprigs under running water.
  6. 6. Pluck three small rosemary sprigs aside for decoration.
  7. 7. Strip the needles from the remaining rosemary sprigs.
  8. 8. Chop the rosemary needles very finely.
  9. 9. Set aside the finely chopped needles for later.
  10. 10. Stir the remaining rosemary needles into the dip.
  11. 11. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Transfer the finished dip into a bowl.
  13. 13. Decorate the surface with the three reserved rosemary sprigs.
  14. 14. Serve the dip immediately.
