🍽️ Creamy Cheese Broccoli Soup with Chicken

Ingredients
- 500 g broccoli
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 375 g turkey steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- a few drops lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp flour
- vegetable broth
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 100 ml white wine
- freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Clean the broccoli and divide it into small florets. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a pan and sauté the broccoli briefly. Pour in 100 milliliters of water and cook the broccoli for 10 minutes.
- 2. Cut the turkey steak into small cubes. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
- 3. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes. Sauté them in the remaining butter until translucent. Add the flour and toast it briefly. Deglaze everything with the vegetable broth, stirring constantly, and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Stir in the processed cheese and add the cream and white wine. Bring the soup to a boil once while stirring. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- 5. Add the cooked broccoli and the fried chicken pieces to the soup. Serve the dish immediately.
