🍽️ Salmon Crackers with Creamy Horseradish Spread

Ingredients
- 1 cm fresh horseradish
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch lemon zest
- salt
- 0.5 handful chives
- 8 whole grain crackers
- 200 g smoked salmon
Instructions
- 1. Peel the horseradish root.
- 2. Grate the horseradish root finely.
- 3. Mix the grated horseradish with the cream cheese.
- 4. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- 5. Add the lemon zest to the mixture.
- 6. Season the cream with salt.
- 7. Rinse the chives.
- 8. Shake the chives dry.
- 9. Cut the chives diagonally into rings.
- 10. Place about one tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on each cracker.
- 11. Tear or cut the salmon into eight small pieces.
- 12. Decoratively roll up the salmon pieces.
- 13. Place the salmon rolls on the crackers.
- 14. Sprinkle the chive rings over the appetizers.
- 15. Serve the crackers.
