  2. 2. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into rounds about half a centimeter thick.
  3. 3. Use a vegetable peeler to shave off long, thin strips from the zucchini slices.
  4. 4. Grate the Parmesan cheese very finely.
  5. 5. Mix the grated Parmesan with the goat cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
  6. 6. Season the cheese cream with salt, pepper, and half a tablespoon of lemon juice.
  7. 7. Shape the cheese mixture into a total of 24 small balls.
  8. 8. Wrap the zucchini strips crosswise and lengthwise around the cheese balls.
  9. 9. Arrange the wrapped balls on six plates.
  10. 10. Whisk the remaining lemon juice with the oil, sesame seeds, and mustard seeds.
  11. 11. Season the sauce again with salt and pepper to taste.
  12. 12. Pour the sauce evenly over the cheese balls.
