🍽️ Goat Cheese Balls with Nuts and Fresh Cheese Skewers

Ingredients
- 350 g goat cream cheese
- 2 tsp chopped thyme leaves
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 200 g chopped hazelnuts
- 200 g Camembert
- 200 g semi-hard sliced cheese
- red grapes
- 2 pears
- juice of one lemon
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly mix the goat cheese with thyme, oil, salt, and pepper. Form small balls with a diameter of 2 cm and roll half of them in the chopped nuts.
- 2. Cut the Camembert and the remaining cheese into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Peel the pears, cut them in half, remove the core, and chop them into small cubes. Immediately drizzle them with lemon juice to prevent browning. Wash the grapes.
- 4. Thread the cheese pieces alternately with the fruit onto small skewers and arrange them decoratively on a plate.
