Ingredients
- 4 mixed hard cheese (e.g. Greyerzer, Emmentaler, Allgäuer Bergkäse, Sbrinz, Appenzeller... )
- wine grapes (dark and light)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the rind from the cheese.
- 2. Cut the cheese into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 4. Pat the grapes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Thread one cheese cube and one grape onto a flag-shaped wooden skewer.
- 6. Repeat this process for all the ingredients.
- 7. Arrange the finished skewers on a large plate.
- 8. Serve the skewers as a small snack.
