🍽️ Crispy Cheese Tortillas

Ingredients
- 250 g Cheddar
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 8 whole wheat tortilla wraps
- Cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Grate the cheese into fine shreds.
- 2. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 3. Place one tortilla into the hot pan.
- 4. Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese over the tortilla.
- 5. Place a second tortilla on top.
- 6. Press the sandwich down very gently.
- 7. Fry the quesadilla over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- 8. Support the quesadilla with a plate and flip it over.
- 9. Fry the other side until golden brown and the cheese inside has melted.
- 10. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and cheese.
- 11. Wash the cilantro under running water.
- 12. Shake the cilantro dry.
- 13. Cut the finished quesadillas into pieces.
- 14. Serve the pieces on a plate garnished with the fresh cilantro.
