🍽️ Oven Tortillas with Goat Cheese, Olives and Chili

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g black olives (pitted)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tortilla flatbreads (white and green)
- 200 g goat cream cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 3. Finely chop the olives as well.
- 4. Wash the chili pepper, remove the stem, and chop it finely.
- 5. Mix the chopped olives, garlic, and chili with the oil.
- 6. Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 7. Spread the seasoning mixture evenly over one half of all the flatbreads.
- 8. Crumble the goat cheese over the seasoned half of each flatbread.
- 9. Fold the unseasoned half of the flatbread over the filled side.
- 10. Place the folded flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 11. Bake the tortillas in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 12. Cut the finished tortillas into pieces and serve.
