  1. 1. Put all the ingredients for the dough into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the ingredients using the dough hooks of the hand mixer.
  3. 3. Knead the dough briefly by hand if necessary.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough tightly in cling film.
  5. 5. Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  7. 7. Separate the eggs by separating the yolks from the whites.
  8. 8. Stir the egg yolks until smooth with the quark, sour cream, yogurt, lemon zest, and pudding powder.
  9. 9. Whip the egg whites with the sugar until very stiff.
  10. 10. Gently fold the egg whites into the quark mixture.
  11. 11. Roll out two-thirds of the dough to the size of a baking sheet.
  12. 12. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Spread the quark mixture evenly over the dough.
  14. 14. Crumble the remaining dough into small pieces.
  15. 15. Distribute the dough pieces over the quark mixture.
  16. 16. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
  17. 17. Whisk the egg yolk with the cream.
  18. 18. Pour the egg yolk and cream mixture over the cake after baking.
  19. 19. Finish baking the cake for another 15 minutes.
  20. 20. Take the cake out of the oven.
  21. 21. Let the cake cool down completely.
  22. 22. Cut the cake into pieces.
  23. 23. Serve the cake pieces.
