  2. 2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with mineral water and the herbs.
  3. 3. Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour half of the egg mixture into a small non-stick frying pan.
  5. 5. Let the omelette set over low heat.
  6. 6. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top and let it melt.
  7. 7. Repeat the process with the remaining egg mixture and cheese to make a second omelette.
  8. 8. Halve the bell pepper and remove the core.
  9. 9. Wash the pepper and cut it into strips.
  10. 10. Dust the finished omelettes with paprika powder.
  11. 11. Serve the omelettes on the whole grain bread.
  12. 12. Garnish the dish with the pepper strips.
