🍰 Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 200 g yogurt
- 80 ml oil
- 150 g mozzarella
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- 2. Mix flour and baking powder. Wash the tomatoes, let them drain well and halve them. Grate the mozzarella.
- 3. Whisk together yogurt, eggs, oil and garlic. Then fold in the flour mixture. Stir in the cheese, season the batter with a little salt and pepper and fill the molds. Place the tomatoes on top and bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- 4. Remove the muffins, let them cool for a short while, take them out of the tin and serve warm or cold.
