  1. 1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. 2. Mix flour and baking powder. Wash the tomatoes, let them drain well and halve them. Grate the mozzarella.
  3. 3. Whisk together yogurt, eggs, oil and garlic. Then fold in the flour mixture. Stir in the cheese, season the batter with a little salt and pepper and fill the molds. Place the tomatoes on top and bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the muffins, let them cool for a short while, take them out of the tin and serve warm or cold.
