🍽️ Goat Cheese with Citrus Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients
- 30 g walnut kernels
- 1 handful arugula
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 400 g goat soft cheese
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the walnuts into small pieces.
- 2. Wash the arugula thoroughly and shake it dry or use a salad spinner.
- 3. Using a sharp knife, cut off the peel of the grapefruit and orange completely until only the fruit flesh is visible.
- 4. Carefully cut the fillets out between the membranes and catch the released juice in a bowl.
- 5. Squeeze the remaining membranes to extract the rest of the juice.
- 6. Whisk the olive oil, honey, and two to three tablespoons of the citrus fruit juice together in a small bowl.
- 7. Finally season the dressing with a pinch of salt.
- 8. Slice the goat cheese diagonally.
- 9. Arrange the cheese slices on a serving plate.
- 10. Decoratively arrange the citrus fillets, walnuts, and arugula on top of the cheese.
- 11. Drizzle the prepared honey dressing over the dish and serve immediately.
