🍽️ Creamy Macaroni with Gorgonzola

Ingredients
- 300 g macaroni
- salt
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 75 g Gorgonzola
- 75 g grated cheese (e.g. Emmental)
- 3 sprigs thyme
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-assisted.
- 2. Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water until very al dente (still slightly firm in the center).
- 3. Heat the cream in a saucepan.
- 4. Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese into the warm cream.
- 5. Stir in the grated cheese until it has melted.
- 6. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
- 7. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and add them to the sauce.
- 8. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
- 10. Mix the pasta with the cheese sauce.
- 11. Fill the mixture into individual cups.
- 12. Place the cups in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
