  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-assisted.
  2. 2. Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water until very al dente (still slightly firm in the center).
  3. 3. Heat the cream in a saucepan.
  4. 4. Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese into the warm cream.
  5. 5. Stir in the grated cheese until it has melted.
  6. 6. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
  7. 7. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and add them to the sauce.
  8. 8. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
  10. 10. Mix the pasta with the cheese sauce.
  11. 11. Fill the mixture into individual cups.
  12. 12. Place the cups in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
