Ingredients
- 300 g cream cheese
- 5 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (à 10 ml)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.25 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch chives (à 20 g)
- 1 bunch dill (à 20 g)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Place the cream cheese in a bowl.
- 4. Add the chopped garlic.
- 5. Add the tomato paste.
- 6. Drizzle in the olive oil.
- 7. Stir everything until creamy and smooth.
- 8. Season with salt to taste.
- 9. Season with black pepper to taste.
- 10. Add paprika powder.
- 11. Squeeze in some lemon juice.
- 12. Mix the spices well into the mixture.
- 13. Wash the fresh herbs.
- 14. Shake the herbs dry.
- 15. Finely chop the herbs.
- 16. Fold the herbs into the cheese cream.
- 17. Serve the spread with fresh bread.
