🍽️ Crispy Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 200 g farmer's bread
- 200 g alpine cheese (in slices)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- chili salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the bread into thin pieces.
- 2. Place a slice of alpine cheese between two slices of bread.
- 3. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan.
- 4. Fry the cheese sandwiches in the pan for about 1 minute on each side.
- 5. Continue frying until the cheese starts to melt.
- 6. Remove the sandwiches from the pan.
- 7. Let them drain on kitchen paper.
- 8. Season them to taste with chili salt and pepper.
