  1. 1. Cut the bread into thick slices and toast them lightly. Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry. Pick the rosemary leaves off the sprigs. Heat the olive oil in a pan and gently warm the tomatoes together with the rosemary while stirring.
  2. 2. Place the bread slices on a baking tray, sprinkle them with cheese and season with cayenne pepper. Bake them under the grill in the oven until the cheese has melted. Salt the warm tomatoes and serve them together with the baked cheese bruschettas. Drizzle everything with the olive oil mixture.
