  4. 4. Wash the lettuce leaves under cold water.
  5. 5. Pat the lettuce leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Split the buns horizontally into two halves.
  7. 7. Place the quark into a small bowl.
  8. 8. Add the chopped parsley to the quark.
  9. 9. Add a spoonful of cream.
  10. 10. Stir the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  11. 11. Stir mustard into the quark mixture and blend well.
  12. 12. Spread the quark cream onto the cut surfaces of the bun halves.
  13. 13. Place the dry lettuce leaves on the bottom bun halves.
  14. 14. Distribute the cheese slices over the lettuce.
