  8. 8. Cut the pear flesh into very small cubes.
  9. 9. Trim and wash the spring onions.
  10. 10. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
  11. 11. Cut the Camembert into small pieces.
  12. 12. Put the Camembert into a bowl.
  13. 13. Add cream cheese, cream, and pear brandy.
  14. 14. Stir the mixture until creamy.
