Ingredients
- 150 g Cheddar
- 400 g quark
- 50 g sour cream
- 50 g whipping cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Grate the cheese finely.
- 2. Place the grated cheese, quark, sour cream, and cream into a bowl.
- 3. Stir all ingredients with a spoon until a smooth and creamy mixture forms.
- 4. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
- 5. Taste the seasoning and adjust it if necessary.
- 6. Place the bowl in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
- 7. Serve the cold cheese dip together with the crackers.
