🍽️ Cod fillet with herb horseradish topping

Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (approx. 160 g each)
- 3 tbsp horseradish (jar)
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped cress
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 75 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Rinse the fish fillets briefly under running water. Then pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Place the fillets on it and spread the horseradish evenly over them.
- 5. Wash the spring onions and remove the dry ends. Chop them into small pieces.
- 6. Mix the chopped spring onions with the chopped herbs, breadcrumbs, and oil in a bowl.
- 7. Season this mixture with salt and pepper as well.
- 8. Distribute the herb horseradish mixture evenly over the fish fillets.
- 9. Place the tray in the upper third of the oven. Bake the fillets for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
