  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Rinse the fish fillets briefly under running water. Then pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Season the fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Place the fillets on it and spread the horseradish evenly over them.
  5. 5. Wash the spring onions and remove the dry ends. Chop them into small pieces.
  6. 6. Mix the chopped spring onions with the chopped herbs, breadcrumbs, and oil in a bowl.
  7. 7. Season this mixture with salt and pepper as well.
  8. 8. Distribute the herb horseradish mixture evenly over the fish fillets.
  9. 9. Place the tray in the upper third of the oven. Bake the fillets for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
