🍽️ Pan-seared Cod with Asparagus and Beans

Ingredients
- 600 g cod fillet
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemons (juice)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 600 g asparagus
- 100 g beans
- chives (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cod under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Divide the fillet into suitable portion pieces.
- 4. Drizzle the fish pieces with lemon juice.
- 5. Season the fish with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
- 6. Wash the asparagus thoroughly.
- 7. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus.
- 8. Bring water with salt to a boil.
- 9. Cook the asparagus in the boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
- 10. Add the beans to the asparagus 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
- 11. Let the asparagus and beans cook together.
- 12. Drain the vegetables.
- 13. Let the vegetables drain well.
- 14. Heat butter in a frying pan.
- 15. Fry the fish pieces in the hot butter.
- 16. Fry each side of the fish vigorously for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 17. Plate the fried cod.
- 18. Add the asparagus and beans.
- 19. Sprinkle the dish with chives.
- 20. Serve the meal immediately.
