🍝 Cod with Grapes and Pasta

Ingredients
- 600 g cod fillet
- lemons
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 250 g grapes (mixed, small, seedless)
- 400 g ribbon pasta
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cod fillet into large pieces.
- 2. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice.
- 3. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 4. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 5. Remove the hard stems from the grapes.
- 6. Halve the grapes if you like.
- 7. Bring plenty of water to a boil and add salt.
- 8. Cook the tagliatelle in the salted water.
- 9. Cook the pasta until al dente, as indicated on the package.
- 10. Heat a non-stick pan.
- 11. Fry the fish in the pan for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Turn the fish once while frying.
- 13. Place the cooked fish and pasta in a bowl.
- 14. Season the dish finally with salt and pepper.
- 15. Sprinkle the grapes over the fish and pasta.
- 16. Drizzle everything with a little olive oil.
