🍽️ Cod with Mustard Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (approx. 200 g each)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 100 g butter
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- 1. Drizzle the lemon juice over the cod fillets.
- 2. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 3. Melt half of the butter in a baking dish.
- 4. Pour half of the white wine into the dish.
- 5. Place the cod fillets into the prepared dish.
- 6. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 8. Place the dish in the center of the oven.
- 9. Bake the fish for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 10. Melt the remaining butter in a wide pot.
- 11. Add the remaining white wine to the butter.
- 12. Stir the mustard into the wine and butter mixture.
- 13. Heat the sauce briefly until it is warm.
- 14. Remove the fish from the oven.
- 15. Distribute the cod fillets onto pre-warmed plates.
- 16. Pour the mustard wine sauce over the fish.
- 17. Sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley.
