  2. 2. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Melt half of the butter in a baking dish.
  4. 4. Pour half of the white wine into the dish.
  5. 5. Place the cod fillets into the prepared dish.
  6. 6. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  8. 8. Place the dish in the center of the oven.
  9. 9. Bake the fish for 10 to 12 minutes.
  10. 10. Melt the remaining butter in a wide pot.
  11. 11. Add the remaining white wine to the butter.
  12. 12. Stir the mustard into the wine and butter mixture.
  13. 13. Heat the sauce briefly until it is warm.
  14. 14. Remove the fish from the oven.
  15. 15. Distribute the cod fillets onto pre-warmed plates.
  16. 16. Pour the mustard wine sauce over the fish.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley.
