  8. 8. Strip the leaves from the stems of the herbs.
  9. 9. Put the herbs, almonds, mustard, and oil into a blender.
  10. 10. Blend the mixture into a smooth sauce.
  11. 11. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  12. 12. Rinse the cod under running water.
