  2. 2. Remove the broccoli from the water and let it drain well.
  3. 3. Season the cod fillets with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
  4. 4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a grill pan.
  5. 5. Fry the fillets for about 2 minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat and let the fish rest briefly.
  7. 7. Heat 1 tablespoon of hot olive oil in a separate pan.
  8. 8. Toss the broccoli briefly in the hot oil.
  9. 9. Finally season the broccoli with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Warm the serving plates.
  11. 11. Place the fish and broccoli on the warm plates.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley and serve.
