🍽️ Grilled Cod with Crispy Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- salt
- white pepper
- 1 dash lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli florets and boil them briefly in boiling water (blanching).
- 2. Remove the broccoli from the water and let it drain well.
- 3. Season the cod fillets with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
- 4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a grill pan.
- 5. Fry the fillets for about 2 minutes on each side.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat and let the fish rest briefly.
- 7. Heat 1 tablespoon of hot olive oil in a separate pan.
- 8. Toss the broccoli briefly in the hot oil.
- 9. Finally season the broccoli with salt and pepper.
- 10. Warm the serving plates.
- 11. Place the fish and broccoli on the warm plates.
- 12. Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley and serve.
