  4. 4. Rinse the corn and pat it dry as well.
  5. 5. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
  6. 6. Cut the spring onions diagonally into pieces about 4 centimeters long.
  7. 7. Wash the bell pepper.
  8. 8. Halve the bell pepper and remove the core.
  9. 9. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  10. 10. Peel the carrots.
  11. 11. Shave the carrots diagonally into thin slices.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic cloves.
  13. 13. Cut the garlic into thin slices as well.
  14. 14. Wash the celery.
  15. 15. Remove any fibrous strings from the celery.
  16. 16. Cut the celery crosswise into slices.
  17. 17. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  18. 18. Add the corn, spring onions, pepper strips, carrots, and celery to the boiling water.
  19. 19. Cook the vegetables for about 4 minutes until they are slightly firm to the bite.
