  1. 1. Peel the red onion and slice it into thin rings.
  2. 2. Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice and let them marinate for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Peel the kohlrabi and cut them into 4 cm long, narrow sticks.
  4. 4. Peel 1 shallot and dice it finely.
  5. 5. Sauté the shallot in butter until translucent.
  6. 6. Add the kohlrabi and sauté it briefly.
  7. 7. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  8. 8. Deglaze the vegetables with broth and cream.
  9. 9. Cook the kohlrabi until tender but still firm to the bite.
  10. 10. Crush the mustard seeds coarsely in a mortar.
  11. 11. Mix the mustard seeds with salt and a little pepper.
  12. 12. Pat the fish dry.
  13. 13. Season the fish with the mustard-salt mixture.
  14. 14. Heat the ghee in a pan.
  15. 15. Fry the fish in it until golden yellow.
  16. 16. Turn the fish and fry it on the other side until golden brown.
  17. 17. Fry the onion rings in hot oil for 2 minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the onions and drain them on kitchen paper.
  19. 19. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  20. 20. Chop the dill coarsely.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the kohlrabi vegetables with the dill.
  22. 22. Arrange the fried fish fillets on the vegetables.
  23. 23. Garnish the dish with the fried onion rings.
