  1. 1. Inspect the blackcurrants carefully and remove all leaves or stems.
  2. 2. Wash the berries thoroughly and let them drain well in a colander.
  3. 3. Set aside a few nice clusters for garnish.
  4. 4. Strip the remaining berries off their stems.
  5. 5. Cut the grapefruit in half.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice out of the grapefruit.
  7. 7. Place the prepared blackcurrants into the juicer.
  8. 8. Juice the berries and catch the juice.
  9. 9. Mix the blackcurrant juice with the grapefruit juice and the honey.
  10. 10. Stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
  11. 11. Take a glass from the refrigerator so that it is cold.
  12. 12. Pour the finished juice into the chilled glass.
  13. 13. Garnish the drink with one of the reserved blackcurrant clusters.
  14. 14. Serve the juice immediately and enjoy it fresh.
