🥤 Refreshing Blackcurrant Honey Juice

Ingredients
- 200 g red currants
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 tbsp honey (approx. 15 g)
- red currant sprig (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Inspect the blackcurrants carefully and remove all leaves or stems.
- 2. Wash the berries thoroughly and let them drain well in a colander.
- 3. Set aside a few nice clusters for garnish.
- 4. Strip the remaining berries off their stems.
- 5. Cut the grapefruit in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice out of the grapefruit.
- 7. Place the prepared blackcurrants into the juicer.
- 8. Juice the berries and catch the juice.
- 9. Mix the blackcurrant juice with the grapefruit juice and the honey.
- 10. Stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
- 11. Take a glass from the refrigerator so that it is cold.
- 12. Pour the finished juice into the chilled glass.
- 13. Garnish the drink with one of the reserved blackcurrant clusters.
- 14. Serve the juice immediately and enjoy it fresh.
