  1. 1. Take half of the cleaned and dried redcurrants.
  2. 2. Mash these berries into a fine pulp using a fork.
  3. 3. Add the raspberry spirit, pectin sugar, the zest and juice of the two well-washed limes.
  4. 4. Mix the mixture with the remaining whole berries.
  5. 5. Let the mixture infuse for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Cook the mixture for the time specified on the sugar package, stirring constantly.
  7. 7. Remove the pot from the heat.
  8. 8. Fill the jam into the well-washed jars almost to the brim.
  9. 9. Seal the jars immediately.
  10. 10. Let them cool upside down.
  11. 11. Turn the jars right side up after 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Let them rest in this position.
