  1. 1. Take half of the cleaned and dried redcurrants.
  2. 2. Mash these berries into a pulp using a fork.
  3. 3. Add the raspberry liqueur to the bowl.
  4. 4. Add the pectin sugar.
  5. 5. Add the grated zest of the limes.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice of the two thoroughly washed limes into the mixture.
  7. 7. Stir in the remaining whole redcurrants.
  8. 8. Let the mixture infuse for about 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
  10. 10. Follow the instructions on the sugar package during this process.
  11. 11. Remove the pot from the heat.
  12. 12. Fill the hot jam into the thoroughly washed jars.
  13. 13. Fill the jars almost to the brim.
  14. 14. Seal the jars immediately.
  15. 15. Turn the jars upside down.
  16. 16. Let them cool in this position.
  17. 17. Turn the jars right side up after 5 minutes.
  18. 18. Let them rest undisturbed.
