🍽️ Homemade Blackcurrant Vinegar

Ingredients
- 400 g blackcurrants
- 1.5 l white wine vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Gently pick the blackcurrants off the stems.
- 2. Wash the berries thoroughly.
- 3. Dry the berries with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Fill the blackcurrants into liter bottles.
- 5. Pour white wine vinegar over the berries until the bottles are full.
- 6. Seal the bottles tightly with a lid.
- 7. Leave the bottles in a cool place for about 14 days.
- 8. Wait until the vinegar has turned a pinkish color.
- 9. Pour the vinegar through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
- 10. Discard the soft berry remnants.
- 11. Transfer the finished vinegar into pretty bottles or jars.
