🍳 Refreshing Blackcurrant Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 1 bag white tea
- 100 g red currants (frozen)
- 1 tbsp cranberry syrup
- 1 tsp pistachio kernels
- 0.25 small lemon
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Pour 150 milliliters of boiling water over the tea bag.
- 2. Let the tea steep according to the package instructions.
- 3. Remove the tea bag and let the liquid cool down.
- 4. Place the blackcurrants into a tall container.
- 5. Add the cranberry syrup to the berries.
- 6. Let the berry mixture thaw slightly.
- 7. Chop the pistachio kernels very finely.
- 8. Place the chopped pistachios onto a small plate.
- 9. Take a glass and press the cut side of the lemon wedge against the rim of the glass.
- 10. Immediately press the moistened glass rim into the pistachios.
- 11. Pour the cooled tea over the berries.
- 12. Add ice cubes to the mixture.
- 13. Blend everything finely with a hand blender.
- 14. Carefully pour the mix into the prepared glass.
- 15. Enjoy the drink immediately.
