Ingredients
- 2 tbsp blackcurrant jelly
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp germ oil
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the blackcurrant jelly with the mustard, salt, pepper, and vinegar until smooth. Gradually stir in the oil until fully incorporated. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- 2. Serve the dressing garnished with thin strips of orange peel and sugar-dusted blackcurrants, if desired. It pairs wonderfully with radicchio, endive, raw beetroot, or similar ingredients.
