🍽️ Creamy Yogurt Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 250 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 bunch chives (20 g each)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Place the yogurt into a small bowl.
- 2. Add the balsamic vinegar.
- 3. Add a little cold water.
- 4. Stir the mixture smoothly with a spoon.
- 5. Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more water or yogurt until it looks creamy enough to you.
- 6. Rinse the chives under cold water.
- 7. Shake the chives dry.
- 8. Cut the chives into very fine rings.
- 9. Fold the chive rings into the yogurt sauce.
- 10. Add some lemon juice.
- 11. Season the sauce with salt.
- 12. Season the sauce with black pepper.
- 13. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
